Not happy with your order? Please contact us. Returns are welcomed and we will always offer replacements or refunds for any faults. Earrings that have been worn can't be returned unless faulty, for hygiene reasons. 

Earrings are available to despatch on a 2-3 working day turn around, and will be shipped Royal Mail 2nd class.

All our hoop earrings are supplied with stainless steel earring hoops, and either stainless steel, silver or plastic clip on earring posts (message us for details on clip on versions if you have questions).

If you would rather clip on versions of these earrings, send us a message and we will arrange for the attachments to be swapped for you. Earring in the photo - hoop is stainless steel, the beads are plastic.
