If you need a shorter/longer chain or a magnetic clasp for accessibility reasons, please message us with your order number and we will do all we can to help. The photo of this bracelet features our magnetic clasp, this can be changed to a standard lobster clasp for you too.

Make sure you collect the right clasp type when ordering. Accessible clasps are listed as "magnetic clasps". Chain and charms are stainless steel.

Not happy with your order? Please contact us. Returns are welcomed and we will always offer replacements or refunds for any faults. Earrings that have been worn can't be returned unless faulty, for hygiene reasons. 

Necklaces are available to despatch on a 2-3 working day turn around, and will be shipped Royal Mail 2nd class.
